
Carlos Moreno
Colombian director Carlos Moreno has been called the “Quintin Tarantino of Latin America” because of his often violent, character-driven, sexually charged films played against a pounding soundtrack of incredible music. Moreno has directed 7 feature films, several of which were Sundance favorites including “Dog Eat Dog”, “The Snitch Cartel”, and the hallucinogenic “Que Viva La Musica”. Recently Moreno has directed two seasons the smash hit Netflix series “Wild District (District Salvaje”). His recent feature film “DOG WASHERS” (Lavaperros) was the #1 film worldwide on Netflix in April 2021. He is currently directing/Showrunning a new series for Netflix and in January will direct/showrun another new series for Amazon.
